Pricing
Fixed price. Scoped before you commit. No surprises.
Most software suppliers either won't tell you what something costs until you've spent three months in meetings, or give you a quote that turns out to be wrong. Sysgraft works differently. Here is exactly how pricing works — before you speak to us.
The discovery sprint comes first — always
Before any build price is issued, we complete a discovery sprint. That sprint authenticates against your ERP live, maps every relevant API endpoint, and produces a detailed scope of work. A fixed build price is only possible once that scope exists. We never quote for something we haven't validated.
The discovery sprint is a fixed-fee engagement in its own right. You will know exactly what it costs before it starts.
The build price is fixed against the scope
Once the discovery sprint is complete, you receive a fixed build price. That price is tied to the scope document produced in discovery — not to hours worked, not to a day rate, not to a vague estimate. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, it is treated as a separate piece of work, scoped and priced separately. The agreed scope does not move.
Payment is 50% on signature, 50% on go-live.
The monthly subscription is transparent and cancellable
After go-live, a monthly subscription covers hosting, security patching, maintenance, and feature evolution. The subscription amount is agreed upfront — no retainer ambiguity, no "it depends on usage." It is cancellable with standard notice.
You own the code outright from go-live. If you want to self-host or move to another provider, the source code and full documentation are yours.
What you will not find here
- ✕ Day rates or time-and-materials billing
- ✕ Hidden or undisclosed subscription terms — the monthly subscription has a 12-month minimum term, then 30 days' notice, stated upfront, not buried
- ✕ Surprise invoices or scope drift baked into the contract
- ✕ Prices that change between the proposal and the invoice
- ✕ A quote issued before we have validated your ERP API
